New Magnetic Technology Defies Earnshaw's Theorem? V3R3

Does this New Magnetic Technology defy Earnshaw's Theorem?
Not yet but it may help lead to needing to reinterpret the theorem in the near future.
Our goal is to combine this magnetic technology with that of the classic magnetic levitator (see videos V1R1 & V1R2) for a free floating axle with no point of contact.
That would make a frictionless no point of contact free axle which we intend to use for a Mendocino Motor, Magnet Motor, etc.
I had to purchase a lot of super strong rare earth neodymium magnets for this and I am looking for sponsors to provide neodymium magnets for future builds.

As Earnshaw's Theorem states, its impossible to levitate a magnet over another.  However its almost certainly possible to levitate a magnet or an array of magnets over another magnet or array or configuration.
